Preferred Vendors

Thanks to Jason who recommended I require the sellers to pay for a year's home warranty saved me on a HVAC bill and replacement of the hot water heater and repair of two faucets. I particularly liked the way Jason acted as an informed guide more than as a salesperson. He was always available, either by telephone or email, and always responded promptly, knowledgeably, and accurately. It was also helpful there was a mortgage specialist in his office who offered better terms than my brokerage house with whom I had done business for years. In summary, I cannot imagine a real estate broker or firm that could provide better service.
